Brad is Managing Partner and Co-Founder of TriPost Capital Partners and is primarily responsible for investment strategy, target company identification, transaction execution, and investment oversight. In addition to his core responsibilities, Brad has a talent for identifying sectors and portfolio partner company prospects that meet TriPost’s rigorous criteria for alignment and success. Throughout his real estate career, which began in 2000, he has handled his firms’ various investment activities in a breadth of locations in the United States and abroad. He currently sits on the boards of several TriPost portfolio companies.

Prior to founding TriPost, Brad served as Managing Director at Madison International Realty, where his primary responsibility was creating and implementing Madison’s investment strategy for the United States market. While at Madison, he was a member of the firm’s global investment and management committees. Brad was previously a Managing Director at Tishman Speyer. Throughout his nine-year tenure he led numerous investment-related responsibilities. This included the acquisitions function in the New York, Southern California, and Midwest regions, and portfolio management for Brazilian and Chinese emerging market real estate funds. Prior to joining Tishman Speyer, Brad worked as an associate and analyst at a global investment bank and development advisory firm.

Todd is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of TriPost Capital Partners and is primarily responsible for investment strategy, capital markets, investor relations, and investment oversight. He has spearheaded over $1.2B in capital commitments at TriPost, and counseled on an additional $1B in capital raising initiatives to fuel operating platform growth. Todd has a particular expertise for working alongside partners to chart their most productive path to long-term sustainability, including evolving their access to capital markets relationships and their capacity to cultivate long-standing industry partnerships essential to their success. He currently sits on the boards of several TriPost portfolio companies.

Todd previously served as Managing Director of Equity Capital Markets at Madison International Realty, where his chief responsibility was developing and executing Madison’s capital-raising strategy. While at Madison, Todd’s responsibilities included the capitalization and execution of the firm’s Secondary Investment vehicle. Additionally, he was a member of the firm’s investment and management committees. Todd joined Tishman Speyer in 2005 as a member of the leadership development program, where he worked in New York leasing, acquisitions, and asset management. He would eventually join the Equity Capital Markets group, which was primarily focused on client relations and fundraising activities in the United States. In his last role at Tishman Speyer, Todd was the Managing Director and Head of Global Business Development and Global Leasing.

Jonathan joined TriPost in 2018 as Director of Finance, overseeing the Firm’s accounting, tax, and financial reporting functions. Since 2025, he has served as the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust financial control environment and serves as a member of the Investment Committee. In addition, Jonathan is TriPost’s Chief Compliance Officer, ensuring the Firm’s operations remain fully SEC compliant.

Prior to TriPost, Jonathan was a Manager in the real estate practice group at CohnReznick, where he led audits of private equity real estate funds, developers, and properties, and provided transactional due diligence and financial reporting advisory services. Jonathan is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.

Evan joined TriPost in 2017 as a Managing Director and is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and deal execution on new Portfolio Company Investments. He is also a member of the firm’s investment and management committees.

Prior to joining TriPost, Evan spent 10 years on the investment team at Madison International Realty. At Madison, he served as Director and Co-Head of US Investments and was responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and deal execution on joint ventures in office, multifamily, and retail properties. While at Madison, Evan was a member of the firm’s investment committee. Prior to Madison, Evan worked at Metropolitan Real Estate Investors as an Analyst and focused on New York City office acquisitions. Evan began his career in 2005 at Rockrose Development Corp where he focused on New York City and Washington DC office acquisitions and dispositions.

Julian joined TriPost in 2024 as a Managing Director responsible for the Asset Solutions business. Prior to joining TriPost, Julian spent four years at Brookfield helping to launch the real estate secondaries business and worked on the investment team. At Brookfield, he served as a Vice President and was responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and deal execution of GP-led secondaries and special situations globally.

Prior to Brookfield, Julian worked at StepStone Group on the investment team and focused on GP-led real estate secondaries across the US. Julian began his career in 2013 at Digital Realty Trust, where he focused on datacenter asset management, across the Northeast.

David joined TriPost in 2019 and is a Managing Director responsible for portfolio management and new business. He is also a member of the firm’s investment and management committees. Prior to joining TriPost, David spent 13 years at Tishman Speyer in a variety of roles in their Asset Management and Portfolio management divisions. He managed a variety of private equity funds and assets, as well as handling sale, recapitalization, and joint venture transactions. Most recently, David oversaw a Tishman Speyer held operating company. David was also a member of the Yale Lacrosse Varsity program throughout his four years.

Michael joined TriPost in 2019 as an Investment Analyst and now works as an Investment Director responsible for sourcing and executing on new investments and managing existing investments at the firm. Prior to joining TriPost, Michael worked as an Analyst at Citi Community Capital, the community development lending and investing group of Citi. Prior to Citi, Michael worked as an Analyst at Freddie Mac Multifamily on its production and sales team.

Sean joined TriPost in 2022 as an Investment Analyst and now works as an Investment Director responsible for sourcing and executing on new investments and managing existing investments at the firm. Prior to joining TriPost, Sean was an investment banking analyst at Baird in the firm’s Real Estate Investment Banking group, where he primarily focused on the group’s private capital and advisory practice, including entity level investments and joint venture structures as well as the group’s M&A practice.

Christopher joined TriPost in 2019 and is a Director on the Investment Team responsible for sourcing and executing on new investments and managing existing investments at the firm. Prior to joining TriPost, Christopher was an Investment Associate on the U.S. Opportunistic Equity and Debt team at Colony Capital, Inc.

Elliot joined TriPost in 2025 and is a Director responsible for sourcing and executing new investments and managing existing investments.  Prior to joining TriPost, Elliot was a Senior Associate at Willoughby Capital, New York based family office, where he worked for two years on the real estate investment team. Prior to Willoughby, Elliot was an Associate at Triangle Capital Group, a special situations real estate private equity firm. Elliot began his career as an Analyst at Cushman & Wakefield in their Capital Markets group in 2019.

Nana joined TriPost in 2023 and is an Investment Associate responsible for executing on new investments and managing existing investments. Prior to joining TriPost, Nana was an Investment Analyst at Cabot Properties, where he worked in industrial real estate acquisitions and developments.

Pete joined TriPost in 2022 as an Investment Analyst responsible for executing on new investments and managing existing investments. Prior to joining TriPost, Pete was a private equity summer analyst at Stonebridge Partners, where he focused on acquisitions of manufacturing and distribution-oriented companies.

Sydney joined TriPost in 2025 as an Investment Associate responsible for executing on new investments and managing existing investments. Before joining TriPost, Sydney worked as a Real Estate Acquisitions Associate at Galvanize Climate Solutions, where she was responsible for executing on a climate-focused real estate investment strategy. Prior to Galvanize, she worked as an Acquisitions Analyst at BlackRock, where she supported real estate investment activity across the Central and Southeast US markets.

Devon joined TriPost in 2021 as an Operations Analyst and now works as an Investment Associate responsible for executing on new investments and managing existing investments. Prior to joining TriPost, Devon was a Senior Associate at KPMG in the Mergers & Acquisitions tax group. Devon is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York.

Will joined TriPost in 2025 as an Investment Analyst responsible for executing on new investments and managing existing investments. Prior to joining TriPost, Will served as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Marriott & Co., where he supported all phases of sell-side M&A transactions.

Will joined TriPost in 2024 as an Investment Analyst responsible for executing on new investments and managing existing investments. Prior to joining TriPost, Will worked at CONTI Capital as an Acquisitions Associate where he helped source, underwrite, and close on multifamily investment deals.

Peter joined TriPost in 2023 as an Investment Analyst responsible for executing on new investments and managing existing investments. Prior to joining TriPost, Peter was a Summer Analyst at Goedecke & CO. where he worked with industrial and multifamily underwriting.

Nick joined TriPost in 2025 as an Investment Analyst responsible for executing on new investments and managing existing investments. Prior to joining TriPost, Nick was a Summer Investment Analyst at Buchanan Partners, where he supported all stages of the development process, including financial analysis and underwriting across multifamily, industrial, and retail assets.

Madison joined TriPost in 2025 as Executive Assistant to the Investments Team, where she supports day-to-day operations, coordinates investor-facing activities, and facilitates cross-team communication. Prior to TriPost, she held roles at various startups as an Accounts and Operations Associate, where she developed customer service infrastructure, streamlined operational processes, and managed key client relationships.

Jennifer joined TriPost in 2022 as an Operations Analyst responsible for maintaining TriPost’s accounting, tax, and financial reporting functions. Prior to joining TriPost, Jennifer was a Senior Consultant at Deloitte in the Private Equity/Investment Management Tax group. Jennifer is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York.

Cole joined TriPost in 2025 as an Operations Analyst responsible for maintaining TriPost’s accounting, tax, and financial reporting functions. Prior to joining TriPost, Cole was an Associate at KPMG in the Real Estate Tax group. Cole is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York.

Kaitlin joined TriPost in 2025 as the Equity Capital Markets Coordinator, where she supports the firm’s long-term capital formation strategy through overseeing investor communications, fundraising project management, and the planning of both internal and external events. Prior to joining TriPost, Kaitlin worked as an Investment Analyst at Level Equity, where she focused on sourcing and executing new investments across enterprise software and tech-enabled services companies. She also spent time as an Acquisitions Associate at Merge, a boutique M&A brokerage for creative agencies.
